【B】下表沒有列出探針序列是因為:1)產(chǎn)品線包括人、動植物、細(xì)菌與病毒的結(jié)合蛋白,太多太復(fù)雜。2)相同因子文獻(xiàn)報道有多種結(jié)合序列。3)一些結(jié)合序列在物種間可共享,一些則不能。4)一些探針如FXR、SATB、FOX、STAT3與PAX等,我們花了很多時間搞設(shè)計并經(jīng)實驗確定,沒有必要對外公布。5)發(fā)現(xiàn)客戶所選探針與序列時常有誤。
